The machine incorporates TBl ground ballscrews and double TBl linear guideway, ensuring low noise during high-speed operation, an extended lifespan, and minimal errors.
The bottom-mounted recognition camera utilizes a high-frame-rateflying camera paired with fiducial marks identification camera on-the-fly with a gigabit Ethemet interface, delivering faster recognition speed and higher accuracy compared to traditional USB interfaces, ensuring no frame loss during high-speed recognition.
The XY axis utilizes Japanese servo motors to ensure a repeated positioning accuracy error within 0.01mm. lt also supports the placement of components,including 0201, and OFP, BGA, etc, with pin pitches above 0.3mm.
The Z-axis motor utilizes a'closed-loop' system with eight sets, ensuring no step loss during high-speed operation. Each set of motors controls an individual suction nozzle, supporting various pick-up methods (such as simultaneous pick-up with 8 heads, 4+4 simultaneous pick-up, 2+2+2+2 simultaneous pick-up), programmable based on specific requirements.
