1.Can automatically complete the hardcopy manual folding, the carton erector,two insides lining, product boxed, printing and folding, etc.
2.The machine adopts PLC control. Photoelectric monitoring of the various parts of the action, running in abnormal, can automatically stop the display of reasons, in order to eliminate the fault in time.
3.The frame is arranged inside the main drive motor and clutch brake. Each part of the transmission system of torque overload protection device on board is provided, in case of overload, the main driving motor and the transmission part disengaged, ensure the safety.
4.The machine is equipped with removing device. Specifications, products, paper boxes are detected by the sensor, and then by (lot number), after the closure of the box and then output. In the detection process found that waste products (no product, manual) that is removed at the exit, to ensure product quality is fully qualified to meet the requirements.
